STUDENT GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL CELL


The Grievances Redressal Cell attempts to address genuine problems and complaints of students whatever be the nature of the problem. It is a device to settle a problem. It enables to express feelings by initiating and pursuing the grievance procedure in accordance with the rules and regulations of the college. At the same time, the college assures students that once a complaint is made, it will be treated with sensitivity and confidentiality. Matters are disclosed to only those, who have a legitimate role in resolving the matter. Emphasis on procedural fairness has been given with a view to “the right to be heard and right to be treated without bias”. The institution aims at solving the grievances of the students within stipulated time.

To look into the grievance’s given by any student and redress it as per requirement.

Mission

  • Upholding the dignity of the College by ensuring strife free atmosphere in the College through promoting cordial Student-Student relationship and Student-teacher relationship.

  • To ensure effective solution to the student’s grievances with an impartial and fair approach.

  • Advising Students of the College to respect the right and dignity of one another and show utmost restraint and patience whenever any occasion of rift arises.
Objectives
The objective of the Grievance Cell is to develop a responsive and accountable attitude among all the stakeholders in order to maintain a harmonious educational atmosphere in the institution.

The students have to place their grievances in the suggestions box or Grievance Redressal cell. The student representative / member/each class representatives in turn intimate the matter to the committee for necessary action. Final report based on grievance received and resolved will be submitted to the Principal and further course of action will be decided and the same shall be intimated to the students.
